State V Will My Great, G Grandfather Wins
Biographical History of North Carolina from Colonial Times to the Present
(BF Moore was my great, great grandfather, "the Father Of The NC Bar." I have a portrait of him, and a picture of his wife, and a family picture of his partner mentioned below. I also have a mysterious large, portrait sized picture of a woman which first appeared in his house in Raleigh in 1872. She has always been called "The Beautiful Lady" and hangs in my dining room. The link below opens on the last page #286 but his life starts on page #275. BT)

"Holden's impeachment is demanded by a sense of public virtue and due regard to the honor of the state. He is an exceedingly corrupt man and ought to be placed before the people as a public example of a tyrant condemned and punished."
